We offer/recommend fabric based on the sport, style & use. Our Products are made from 100% recycled polyester, cotton & spandex.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we have two options. You are free to customize your design using our advanced 3D Kit designer which allows you to see real time renders. If you feel your vision need more creativity we have a in-house design team who can create design according to your vision, color & guidelines.
Are your products available in different sizes?
Absolutely, we offer a full range of sizes from youth to adult.
Do you offer female fitted apparels?
Yes, we offer female fitted tops, bottom, jacket etc.
Do you offer accessories other than teamwear?
Yes, we offer a range of accessories like backpacks, socks, bucket hats etc.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We offer no minimum quantity for off the shelf products like training wear/accessories. Our minimum order quantity for customized Made to order team-wear is 10 units. We do offer a zero minimum order for re-orders in the same design.
Can I order a product sample?
Yes, samples are available upon request. Contact our sales team for more information.

What format do you require the logos in?
We accept logos in high-res jpeg, vector, PDF, Illustrator, or EPS formats. Can’t find a high-quality version? Don’t worry! We can redraw it for a small fee. Remember, our IPU products are top-notch, and with our sublime sublimation resolution, your logo needs to match that high quality!
Can you match our existing team / logo color?
We can match to specific color requirements you may have for sublimated products. You can either provide us with a pantone reference, or, you can send us an item of your previous kit so our creative team can find the closest match.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping usually takes 1-2 business days, but this may vary based on your location and order size. International shipping takes 4-5 days. Shipping Charges may apply based on the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Additional charges may apply based on your destination.
Can I track my order?
Definitely, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Once your order is approved and payment has been received, our production time is 7-12 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Wire transfer / deposit, Credit Card (additional transaction fee) & Cash.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. Contact our sales team for a quote.
Do you require up-front payment?
We do require 100% payment up-front for all orders. Once the job order form is confirmed, a pro-forma invoice is raised. Once payment is received by IPU your order is sent to the production.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, all fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
What is your return policy?
Bespoke products are “Made To Order” and are based on customer confirmation on ALL order details. Bespoke, made to order products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
