How to Measure

Chest:

Measure around the widest part of the chest, using a measuring tape all around. Ensure it’s not too tight to restrict breathing or too loose to fall off.

Waist:

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Ensure the tape is snug, not squeezing your stomach or too loose. Stand comfortably, place the tape evenly around your waist, and take your measurement.
Example: If your waist measurement is 25.5″, choose size 11-12 YO. If in between sizes, choose the larger size.
